Frequently asked questions
What is TapOnTable?
TapOnTable sells coasters with embedded NFC tags and printed QR codes so guests reach your Google review page or venue menu in one tap or scan. You own the menu content; TapOnTable hosts it.
How does NFC or QR open Google reviews?
Each coaster hits your TapOnTable.com short link, which opens your Google review URL. No awkward ask at the register — the table does the work.
Can the same coaster open a menu?
Yes. Your team builds the menu in TapOnTable (items, images, prices). Point the coaster at reviews, the menu, or both paths over time.
Where do I design and order?
Sign in through the web panel to design coasters, place orders, and pay online. Use Log in on the site to open the panel.
Do I get weekly stats?
Yes. Weekly email summaries of short-link scan activity are part of the product so venues see guest tap and scan activity without setting up their own measurement tools.
